Gijduvon Premium is Uzbekistan's first restaurant specializing in Bukharan cuisine, located on Zulfiyakhonim street in Tashkent and open around the clock, seven days a week. Head chef Abdukholik Nurulloyev trained in restaurants in Moscow and Baku and has led the kitchen since 2020.
